For everyone that thought Joplin Missouri was out of the news

For everyone that thought Joplin Missouri was out of the news after the tornado went through, you are wrong. They have big projects going on there and here is some of the information that I know. They are planning on building a “public safety training center” right across from the airport. Plus they just got more money from the government.

For all that did not know, Joplin Missouri is almost dead center of the U.S. There are 4 Air Force Bases near this town. McConnel AFB, Wichita, Kansas ( drive time – about 3 hours), Whiteman AFB, Knob Noster, Missouri (drive time – about 3 hours), Vance AFB, Enid, Oklahoma (drive time – about 3 1/2 hours), Little Rock AFB, Jacksonville, Arkansas (drive time – about 4 hours).

One might ask why is this information so important. Have any of you seen the movie “Day After Tomorrow”? If you have not and live in an area NEAR any of these bases, maybe you should. There are many missle silos in these areas due to The Cuban Missle crisis. Most no longer active, some still waiting for that day when the button is pushed.

With all of this said, let’s get back to Joplin, Missouri. Most of us already know that the tornado that hit Joplin was intensified by the government weather manupulations, if not caused by the government. Before this had all taken place, DHS and FEMA had plans set for this town. As I go further into this matter, some might not like what they are about to learn.

Joplin has been set up as a guinea pig, to determine what “would” happen in the event of a “natural disaster” or worse. They have recieved more funds than any other town. What I could find, totals to $326 million, but  was just in the news last night, Joplin is recieving more money to upgrade the town. With this being stated, I know no other town that has 2, yes 2 Mayors. Mayor Pro Tem Bill Scearce, General Councilmember, Term Expires: 2016 and Mayor Melodee Colbert-Kean, Zone Councilmember, Term Expires: 2016.

With the new “Public Safety Training Center” there are more concerns about what will happen with Joplin. This will be done in 2 phases. The 1st being set up at the Joplin Airport. The 2nd phase will be at the new building across from the Joplin Regional Airport. With this comes many things to the area. New ways of training their (and local) police forces. This will include SWAT and K-9 training as some of the basics.

The interesting factor in this part is, this was planned WELL before the tornado took out the most important parts of Joplin, including 1 of the main hosptials. Now they are working on rebuilding and bringing people in to Joplin to stay/live. With this comes updates water supply, “new and improved” electric supply grid, they are also updating Route 66.

Plus, here is some more information for this area. Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD) is nationally recognized as a coalition based within a community or geographic area that is composed of representatives from public, private and not-for-profit agencies. Below is some of the information I was able to find.

The Jasper County COAD will enhance the community’s ability to mitigate, prepare, respond and recover from disasters thus ensuring that human needs inherent in a disaster situation are evaluated and addressed. As an organization composed of a network of organizations, Jasper County COAD is proud to include among its members: American Red Cross, Carthage Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, Catholic Charities, City of Joplin, Community Foundation of Southwest Missouri, Crosslines of Joplin, Economic Security Corporation, FEMA, Salvation Army, Spring River Baptist Association, SEMA, University of Missouri Extension Center, area Chambers of Commerce, area Ministerial Alliances and many more.

Here is some history of Jasper County COAD. With the help of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) and SEMA (State EMA), the Jasper County COAD was formed as a result of the 2003 Carl Junction tornado, the COAD has effectively worked to manage volunteers and recovery after the Ice Storms in 2008 and the High Wind Storms of May 2009. Additionally, the COAD has coordinated educational campaigns to prepare individuals for self sheltering, mitigating tips for snow and ice storms and weather preparedness for businesses.

Have you seen on your local TV station, if you have a tv still, all the commercials telling you to “Take a Trip Down Route 66”. This is to push people to come to this area.  With all this information, you ask why? Here another tid bit of information for you if you did not know alreay.

About 2 hours southeast of Joplin, there is a small town by the name of Ozark, Missouri. Many interesting things have been taking place around there. If you have not already seen this information, again, you might be a little shocked at what you will find. There underneathe the ground, the government has been working on an “Underground City”. This is for them to run and hide and leave us behind. There has also been built, or at least on it’s way of being built, what some call “The Castle”, Pensmore Mansion.

With this being built in that area. The government has taken it upon themselves to block off all caves that lead up to this building. The only ones who have access to this are either government officals or those hired on to build this site. The neighboring towns’ people are concerned at what will become of this building. The supposed owner, whom at one time had worked for the government, has found loopholes in the system to get it passed on building zone laws. Stating that this would be a single family residence. In my opinion, why would you need such a large place, with all the underground caves and tunnels for just 1 family.

With all of this information that I have provided to you on how things are in the Joplin and surrounding areas, I hope all have learned what will be taking place in the future and use this knowledge for your future survival. Below I have listed links that will help guide you on the information I was able to obtain.
