Traffic Tie-in and Tie-Up

Model Disruption

  • How Pluto found its five-moon mojo  — and scientists are zeroing in on the explanation for that.  Now Levison and a colleague of his at SwRI, Kevin Walsh, have come up with a model that explains why Pluto has so many moons, so far out.
  • Comet ISON Shining Vibrant Emerald Green In New Image  While Comet ISON is lagging behind some of the more optimistic predictions made earlier this year “If you’re wondering about the green color — that’s apparently the result of melting gases containing the chemical cyanogen — a rather poisonous gas, inorganic cyanides are generally very poisonous”
  • Skull of Homo erectus throws story of human evolution into disarray    “The spectacular fossilised skull of an ancient human ancestor that died nearly two million years ago has forced scientists to rethink the story of early human evolution.”
  • New paper finds climate models are unable to reproduce the known climate of the past 6,000 years A new paper published in Climate of the Past finds climate models are unable to reproduce the climate change of the past 6,000 years found by temperature proxies. According to the authors, “Independently of the choice of the climate model, we observe significant mismatches between modelled and estimated SST [Sea Surface Temperature] amplitudes in the trends for the last 6,000 years,” and climate model “SST trends underestimate the [proxy] SST trends by a factor of two to five. For [a different proxy], no significant relationship between model simulations and proxy reconstructions can be detected.” The paper adds to many other peer-reviewed papers finding climate models are unable to reproduce the known climate of the past, much less the future.
  • Climate guru puts ‘global warming’ on ice   “That’s the result that they get when you premeditate your science,” said Dr. Tim Ball, former professor of climatology at the University of Winnipeg. “When you set out to establish a certain scientific outcome and you program your computers to do that, you shouldn’t be surprised if that’s the result you get. The problem is what they’re getting out of their computers is not fitting with what’s actually happening. Of course, that’s been the problem with the IPCC all along.”

Free In Civil Death

Free not Freedom

Probably the most important concept one needs to apprehend, Law or Legal. Live or UNlive:

Status’ of the UNlive corps

  • One Stone, Two Powers: How Chief Justice Roberts Saved America
  • The penalties and liabilities provided by this subchapter shall be … assessed and collected in the same manner as taxes.any reference in this title to “tax” imposed by this title shall be deemed also to refer to the penalties and liabilities provided by this subchapter.
  • Obamacare, at Title 26, § 5000A, (b) (2) states: “Any penalty imposed by this section … shall be included with a taxpayer’s return under chapter 1…”
  • The term “person,” as used in subsection (a), includes an officer or employee of a corporation or a member or employee of a partnership, who as such officer, employee, or member is under a duty to surrender the property or rights to property, or to discharge the obligation.
  • But the definition of “person” for enforcement purposes in the above cited §§ 6671 (b), 7343 and 6332 (f) are way, way, way more narrow. To be that ‘person,’ you have to be:

    1) An officer or employee of a listed type of corporation; AND 2) Under a duty to perform an act; AND 3) In respect of said act, a violation occurs.

That’s a lot more specific than just being an “individual, a trust, estate, partnership, association, company or corporation.”

If Constitutionally Enacted

And Enforced by Other Than A Rogue Administration

  • Revealed: How GPs are paid £50 bonus to put elderly on ‘death lists’  Every death that takes place outside of hospital saves the NHS almost £1,000, official calculations show. Average hospital deaths in England costs the NHS £3,065 but those elsewhere cost only £2,107.
  • The GP bonus scheme rewarded doctors at 41 practices in Ipswich and East Suffolk, who were paid £50 for each care home patient they signed up to an end-of-life plan.
Patients were asked to stipulate where they would like to die, whether they wished to be resuscitated, and what drugs they wanted in their final hours. Ambulance services and out-of-hours doctors’ services were informed.
  • Scandal of ambulance drivers being told: Do not take ‘death list’ patients to hospital.
  • NAPOLITANO: The Obama administration has gone rogue  — The have an alibi —  “SEALs kidnapped a Libyan, Abu Anas al-Libi, off of a public street in Tripoli.”
