  1. You mean if somebody is blasting the birthday song over a talking event, that event will be nixed by you Tube? If many people started singing the birthday song over a political speech by a presidential candidate then the content of that speech would be withheld by you tube because in the background one can clearly hear the birthday song? That could be useful.
