DOJ Officially Promoting UN Terrorism
- New Obama czar will hunt ‘right-wing’ extremists
Just two weeks after it announced a plan to globalize local police departments through the “Strong Cities Network,” the Obama administration has added a new tool in its fight against “violent extremism.”
- Launch of Strong Cities Network to Strengthen Community Resilience Against Violent Extremism
The Strong Cities Network (SCN) – which launches September 29th at the United Nations – will empower municipal bodies to fill this gap while working with civil society and safeguarding the rights of local citizens and communities.
- All Aboard the Crazy Train Pt.2….UN Agenda The Strong Cities Network: Will be Used Against The American Population
Well, our worst predictions has proven to become come FACT….yes….. Fact I said, there have been many reports of the UN slowly creeping in to our way of life, and they have found a way to do it, Thanks to the Traitor to the US, Mr. Obama and DOJ Head Loretta Lynch.Last week I got an email up date from the Dept. of Justice and I could not believe my eyes..The title was: The Launch of the Strong Cities initiative. As I read read on, it confirmed everything I have been researching. Here is what it states:“While many cities and local authorities are developing innovative responses to address this challenge, no systematic efforts are in place to share experiences, pool resources and build a community of cities to inspire local action on a global scale.
“The Strong Cities Network will serve as a vital tool to strengthen capacity-building and improve collaboration,” said Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch. “As we continue to counter a range of domestic and global terror threats, this innovative platform will enable cities to learn from one another, to develop best practices and to build social cohesion and community resilience here at home and around the world.”
The Strong Cities Network (SCN) – which launches September 29th at the United Nations – will empower municipal bodies to fill this gap while working with civil society and safeguarding the rights of local citizens and communities.
The SCN will strengthen strategic planning and practices to address violent extremism in all its forms by fostering collaboration among cities, municipalities and other sub-national authorities.” (See Link)
As Foot note the ADL and The Southern Poverty Law Center is also involved in this usurpation as well.
Mind you none of this was was discussed with the American people, Congress or Senate. So I called the Dept. Of Justice…I was put on hold for about 10 minutes My Phone number was taken and I was told I would receive a call back to have my questions answered. ( Red FLAG!!!!)“wink wink.”
- Local Governments Take the Lead on Climate
Following are excerpts from Local Action: The New Paradigm in Climate Change Policy by Tommy Linstroth and Ryan Bell, University of Vermont Press 2007. The headline and sub-headlines were added by eJournal USA editors. This is part of the eJournal USA issue “Climate Action Goes Local.”
Tommy Linstroth is founder and principal of the consulting firm Trident Sustainable Group. Ryan Bell is sustainability project manager for the County of Alameda, California.
In spite of the barriers [such as funding and making a global issue local], local governments can be ideal places to address global warming for three related reasons. First, local governments adopt their own distinctive policies, appropriate for unique local circumstances. Local governments control many of the factors related to greenhouse gas emissions, such as energy codes, land-use decisions, residential and commercial regulations, transit options, and solid waste disposal. Second, local authorities can encourage action by others in response to climate change, by lobbying the national government and by demonstrating the best-practices costs and benefits of controlling greenhouse gas emissions. Finally, municipalities have considerable experience addressing local environmental impacts within the fields of energy and waste management, transportation, and planning and development.
CITY AS POLICY LAB
Additionally, actions taken locally are a form of bottom-up environmental protection and resource conservation, and can act as microcosms for potential national policies.

- Microsoft Completely Removes The Option To Opt Out of Windows 10 Free Upgrade
It seems like the 110 million systems running Windows 10 is nowhere near enough for Microsoft which is why the company is now forcing users running Windows 7 and 8/8.1 to avail the free upgrade to Windows 10, according to many reports from users still on the old operating systems.Previously, the old versions of Windows would prompt users to upgrade for free; however, it was up to them if they accept the upgrade or not. But now the recent popups just inform the users that their upgrade is ready and will be installed after a specific time period.Users have the option to start the process immediately or reschedule it but there is no option to completely opt out of the upgrade since whenever you restart or shut down your PC, the next time you use it, the machine will start installing Windows 10.

- This privacy activist has just won an enormous victory against U.S. surveillance. Here’s how.
The European Court of Justice, Europe’s highest court, has just ruled that the Safe Harbor, an arrangement between the European Union and the United States allowing for the transfer of personal data, is legally invalid. Few non-specialists have heard of the Safe Harbor. Even so, this ruling is going to send shock waves through both Europe and the United States. Here’s how it happened (we talk about the implications in a separate post). The Safe Harbor is the cornerstone of transatlantic e-commerceOver the last 15 years, major U.S. e-commerce firms, such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft and Amazon, have developed big markets in Europe. They all rely on an arrangement called “Safe Harbor” to export personal data from Europe to the United States. The Safe Harbor was negotiated between Europe and the United States after a previous transatlantic dispute in which Europe threatened to stop transatlantic data flows. Europe has comprehensive legislation guaranteeing the privacy of E.U. citizens and preventing businesses from using their personal information in various potentially harmful ways.
- Top European Court Rules That NSA Spying Makes U.S. Unsafe For Data
The European Union no longer considers the United States a “safe harbor” for data because the National Security Agency surveillance exposed by whistleblower Edward Snowden “enables interference, by United States public authorities, with the fundamental rights of persons.”The EU’s highest court, the Court of Justice, declared on Tuesday that an international commercial data-sharing agreement allowing U.S. companies free-flowing access to large amounts of European citizens’ data was no longer valid. As Snowden revealed in 2013, the NSA has been interpreting section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act as giving it license to intercept Internet and telephone communications in and out of the U.S. on a massive scale. That is known as “Upstream” collection. The NSA is not required to demonstrate probable cause of a crime before a court or judge before examining the data. Another 702 program, called PRISM, explicitly collects communications of “targeted individuals” from providers such as Facebook, Yahoo and Skype. When Max Schrems, an Austrian law student, learned about Snowden’s revelations, he argued that Facebook was ignoring stronger European privacy laws when it sent his data from its European headquarters in Ireland back to the United States, where it was being intercepted by the NSA. Schrems wrote that the lawsuit he launched against Facebook was about “transparency” and “user control” because he could not determine what was being done with his data—which goes against the European Union Charter of Fundamental Rights. On September 23, the Court of Justice’s top legal adviser, Yves Bot, concluded that the safe harbor agreement was invalid because of U.S. surveillance. “It is apparent from the findings of the High Court of Ireland and of the Commission itself that the law and practice of the United States allow the large-scale collection of the personal data of citizens of the EU which is transferred, without those citizens benefiting from effective judicial protection,” Bot wrote. “Interference with fundamental rights is contrary to the principle of proportionality, in particular because the surveillance carried out by the United States intelligence services is mass, indiscriminate surveillance.”

In comparison, the United States ranks fifth on that list.

US Psychopaths Go ALL IN
- Brzezinski: Obama should retaliate if Russia doesn’t stop attacking U.S. assets
The United States should threaten to retaliate if Russia does not stop attacking U.S. assets in Syria, former national security adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski wrote in a Financial Times op-ed published Sunday, urging “strategic boldness,” with American credibility in the Middle East and the region itself at stake.
- US should attempt to disarm Russians in Syria: Brzezinski
US foreign policy expert Zbigniew Brzezinski says the United States should retaliate if Russia does not stop bombing its assets in Syria.
Brzezinski, the national security adviser for former President Jimmy Carter, advised President Barack Obama to attempt to disarm the Russians if they keep attacking the CIA-trained militants in Syria.
- Russia must work with, not against, America in Syria
Zbigniew Brzezinski was the National Security Adviser of President Carter and executive director of the Trilateral Commission. He is a member of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Among his best known works is The Grand Chessboard.
A breakthrough has since been achieved, however, in the very difficult nuclear negotiations with Iran, in which both the US and Russia co-operated with other leading powers to overcome the obstacles. One might have thought, therefore, that the next phase in coping with the Syrian problem might involve a renewed effort to resolve it, this time with the help of such important signatories as China and Russia.
Instead, Moscow has chosen to intervene militarily, but without political or tactical co-operation with the US—the principal foreign power engaged in unseat Mr Assad. In doing so it launched air attacks at Syrian elements that are sponsored, trained and equipped by the Americans, inflicting damage and causing casualties.
In these rapidly unfolding circumstances the US has only one real option if it is to protect its wider stakes in the region: to convey to Moscow the demand that it cease and desist from military actions that directly affect direct, if not very effective, efforts to American assets. Russia has every right to support Mr Assad, if it so wishes—but any repetition of what has just transpired will prompt US retaliation.
The Russian naval and air presences in Syria are vulnerable, isolated geographically from their homeland. They could be “disarmed” if they persist in provoking the US. China would doubtless prefer to stay on the sidelines. It might calculate that it will then be in a better position to pick up the pieces. But the regional chaos could easily spread northeastward, eventually engulfing central and northeastern Asia. Both Russia and then China could be adversely affected. But American interests and America’s friends—not to mention regional stability— would also suffer. It is time, therefore, for strategic boldness.
Proxy Schmoxy OR ‘Mercs R US’
- John McCain says US is engaged in proxy war with Russia in Syria
Senator John McCain said on Sunday the US was now engaged in a proxy war with Russia in Syria, as a result of “an abdication of American leadership” on the part of the Obama White House.
It should be no surprise that, with egg on its face, the U.S. was not going to stand by as Putin commenced bombing ISIS out of existence.
With U.S. leaders up in arms over the targeting of their “CIA-backed moderate rebels,” everyone is stunned at Putin’s reported 40% destruction of ISIS’ entire infrastructure in Syria in one simple week.
No, there had to be a reason to blame Putin, and reclaim the narrative.
Now, just in time, figures from the Pentagon, including Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter, and former U.S. Army vice chief of staff General Jack Keane, have raised the level of rhetoric about the activities of Russia in bombing Syria.
A rationale for opposing Russia’s bombing of ISIS has been manufactured, and is now escalating – with a chorus of criticism citing the reported errors of Putin’s “unprofessional” campaign, as Secretary Carter termed it.
General Keane went much further, dramatically testifying in Congress that ‘Putin has launched a proxy war’ and should be engaged as an enemy:
General Keane is, by the way, the chairman of the Institute for the Study of War, and a lobbyist for war who sits on the board of directors for General Dynamics, and extensive ties to neocon foreign policy wonks such as Frederick Kagan, a member of the notorious Project for a New American Century (PNAC) think tank which shaped the imperial strategies of the George W. Bush Administration.
- US, Russia & Syria: The Problem With Faking It
The great danger of faking your ability to do something in the public square is that someone with an actual desire to the job you are pretending to do might come along and show you up.
This is what has just happened to the US in Syria with the entrance of Russia into the fight against ISIL.
And as is generally the case with posers caught with their pants down, the US policy elites are not happy about it.
- Full Metal Retard: US Launches “Performance-Based” Ammo Paradrop Program For Make-Believe “Syrian Arabs”
On Monday, the Pentagon proudly announced that it had “successfully” delivered 50 tons (yes, tons) of ammo to rebels fighting the Assad regime in Syria. Before going any further, it’s important to note that the move to publicly deliver ammunition to the groups fighting the Russians set off alarm bells even among the most mainstream of media with CNN running the following headline as though the notion that the conflict is just another proxy war were somehow “news”: “Syria’s ‘proxy war’ rages in towns near Aleppo, Syria.”So “all” it took was for Russia to invade and for the US to brag about handing “tons” of ammo to the very groups Moscow is fighting for the clueless public to come to the shocking realization that Washington is effectively at war with Moscow in Syria.Obviously that’s not news, as it’s been clear to anyone who knows anything about geopolitics for years, but what is news is the extent to which the ammo paradrops mark a new low point for Washington in terms of countering Assad.
- Israeli Military Admits to Supporting Al Qaeda and ISIS in Syria
The Times of Israel reported 3 weeks ago:
Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon said Monday that Israel has been providing aid to Syrian rebels, thus keeping the Druze in Syria out of immediate danger. Israeli officials have previously balked at confirming on the record that the country has been helping forces that are fighting to overthrow Syrian President Bashar Assad.
“We’ve assisted them under two conditions,” Ya’alon said of the Israeli medical aid to the Syrian rebels, some of whom are presumably fighting with al-Qaeda affiliate al-Nusra Front to topple Syrian President Bashar Assad. “That they don’t get too close to the border, and that they don’t touch the Druze.”
Al Nusra is Al Qaeda, and closely affiliated with ISIS. And remember, there have NEVER been any “moderate Syrian rebels” … only Islamic Sunni jihadis.
Insanity Running The Asylum
- As Russia Bombs ISIS, US Bombs Syrian Civilian Power Stations
In yet another telling episode, the United States has again demonstrated its true position in regards to ISIS and the Russian bombing of the terrorist organization. As Russian forces drop bombs and missiles on top of ISIS fighters all across Syria, lobbing cruise missiles from the Caspian, regular sortie missions, and combat helicopter attacks against ISIS and other “relatively moderate” cannibals and terrorists, the United States launched a bombing mission of its own against two power plants in Aleppo. The power plants were located in al-Rudwaniya east of Aleppo and resulted in power outages affecting the Syrian people, adding to the American tradition of bombing civilian infrastructure instead of ISIS and other terrorist targets in Syria. The power outages only further contribute to the misery surrounding the people of Aleppo who have been bombarded by barbarians funded by the United States and NATO, intent of raping and beheading their way through the city and declaring their caliphate of pre-civilization on civilized people.

- UN’s Top Climate Official: Goal Is To ‘Intentionally Transform the Economic Development Model’
The United Nations’ top climate change official says the U.N.’s goal is to “intentionally transform the economic development model” in place “since the Industrial Revolution.”“This is probably the most difficult task we have ever given ourselves, which is to intentionally transform the economic development model, for the first time in human history,” Christiana Figueres, executive secretary of the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) said February 3rd during a press conference in Brussels.“This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time, to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the Industrial Revolution.
- U.N. Climate Chief: We’re ‘Intentionally’ Transforming The World Economy
The “intentional” reordering of the global economy, she told reporters, “will not happen overnight” due to the “depth of the transformation”:
“This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the industrial revolution. That will not happen overnight and it will not happen at a single conference on climate change, be it COP 15, 21, 40 – you choose the number. It just does not occur like that. It is a process, because of the depth of the transformation.”
Figueres is optimistic that a new international treaty, the so-called “Lima draft”—which she hopes will be adopted at climate change conference in Paris at the end of the year—will be yet another step to the “transformation” of the world’s economic model. The new treaty, she pointed out, was one of four parts of the process of economic reordering. UNRIC reports:
In addition to the treaty, there are the current Climate Change actions from now and until 2020, the financing packages and the so-called Intended National Determined Contributions (INDCs). These are the actions that countries intend to take under a global agreement from 2020 and have to be publicly outlined before the start of the conference. It is expected that all major economies will deliver their plans in time: the US, China, and the European Union have already shown their cards.
“We need to get to the maximum level of ambition of collective INDCs because what we are going to have to do all of the time is to close the gap between what science tells us where we have to be and where we actually are….” said Figueres.
INTRODUCTIONTwenty-five years of environmental policy in the Netherlands have had their effects. The fourth Environmental Survey demonstrates that the Netherlands has succeeded in reducing its environmental burden while enjoying economic growth. The emissions of the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide form an exception to this, however. Other objectives also still remain to be met, and where we are getting close, success may be jeopardised by economic growth unless additional measures are taken. Environmental policy will therefore continue to be necessary, whence this third NEPP, which sets forth the broad policy to be pursued for the period 1999 to 2002 inclusive, taking as its horizon the year 2010. 1. THE STRATEGY
1.1 Why an environmental policy?
The public authorities in the Netherlands are charged with enhancing the well-being and living standards of all its inhabitants both now and in the future. The protection and enhancement of the living environment is an important aspect of this duty, and is enshrined in Article 21 of the Constitution. In seeking sustainable development – the main objective of environmental policy – it becomes apparent that concern for the environment is part of a wider concern aimed at well-being and living standards. The term “sustainable development” was coined by the UN Brundtland Committee to describe a development which satisfies the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
clean environment fulfills many functions for us, and we seek to continue to utilise these functions in a sustainable manner. It provides the water we drink, the air we breathe, and succours the crops we eat. A clean environment allows us to live safely in green surroundings. In short, a clean environment is not an end in itself, but rather an essential prerequisite for ensuring the Netherlands is a fit and attractive country in which to live, work and pursue recreation.
Sustainable development requires not only that the environment is clean and free of pollution and nuisance, but also that good-quality natural resources are available for all, both now and in the future. It is vital that the distribution of and access to natural resources are fair, not only within the Netherlands but also globally. The government sees energy, biodiversity and physical space as the critical resources for present and future human needs. At the global level, water and food resources also need urgent consideration.
In the global perspective, it is imperative that the resources needed to satisfy human needs are carefully husbanded. A sustainable development can only be achieved in the Netherlands in an international context, recognising that the Netherlands forms part of a larger whole in social, economic and ecological terms.
The Netherlands does not stand alone in its quest for a sustainable development. The international community has espoused the objective of sustainable development in various agreements, including Agenda 21 and the Convention on Biological Diversity. The results achieved at the climate conference at Kyoto also illustrate the international importance attached to the environment.
- Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
This Agenda is a plan of action for people, planet and prosperity. It also seeks to strengthen universal peace in larger freedom. We recognise that eradicating poverty in all its forms and dimensions, including extreme poverty, is the greatest global challenge and an indispensable requirement for sustainable development. All countries and all stakeholders, acting in collaborative partnership, will implement this plan. We are resolved to free the human race from the tyranny of poverty and want and to heal and secure our planet. We are determined to take the bold and transformative steps which are urgently needed to shift the world onto a sustainable and resilient path. As we embark on this collective journey, we pledge that no one will be left behind. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals and 169 targets which we are announcing today demonstrate the scale and ambition of this new universal Agenda. They seek to build on the Millennium Development Goals and complete what these did not achieve. They seek to realize the human rights of all and to achieve gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls. They are integrated and indivisible and balance the three dimensions of sustainable development: the economic, social and environmental. The Goals and targets will stimulate action over the next fifteen years in areas of critical importance for humanity and the planet:

Hypocrites Herding Heretics
- The Associated Press wants reporters to stop calling people “climate deniers”
The Associated Press’ style guide is a kind of Bible for many in the media, and there are plenty of journalists will tell you they’ve become so indoctrinated in its rules that they write everything from emails to texts in AP style. So, when the AP makes changes to its recommendations about a highly covered topic like climate change, plenty of people will be talking about it.Yesterday, the AP made a change to how it recommends its reporters and editors describe the people we’ve been calling “climate change deniers” or “climate change skeptics.” In fact, the AP doesn’t recommend either of those terms, but instead favors either “climate change doubters” or “those who reject mainstream climate science.”
- World court should rule on climate science to quash sceptics, says Philippe Sands
False claims from climate sceptics that humans are not responsible for global warming and that sea level is not rising should be scotched by an international court ruling, a leading lawyer has said.
Scientific bodies such as the UN’s climate science panel have concluded that climate change is underway and caused by humans, Prof Philippe Sands QC told an audience at the UK’s Supreme Court. But a ruling by a body such as the International Court of Justice (ICJ) would carry much more weight with public opinion and help pave the way for future legal cases on climate change, he said.
“One of the most important things an international court could do – in my view it is probably the single most important thing it could do – is to settle the scientific dispute,” Sands said, on the eve of a three-day conference on climate change and international law in London.
“A finding of fact on one or more of these matters [such as whether climate change is man-made], or indeed on other pertinent matters, would be significant and authoritative and could well be dispositive on a range of future actions, including negotiations.” Scientifically-settled questions such as whether climate change is even happening are still being challenged by “scientifically qualified, knowledgeable and influential persons”, he said.
- Top International Lawyer: Make Climate Change Illegal And Silence Skeptics Forever
Philippe Sands QC, an international law specialist and Professor of Law at University College London, argued that the UN’s International Court of Justice (ICJ) should make it an “obligation under international law” to ensure that global temperatures never rise more than 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels. This would follow the precedent of a landmark decision in June this year by a Dutch court as a result of a case brought by a green activist group – the Urgenda Foundation – against the Netherlands government. The court ruled that the government must reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by much more than it had intended – by at least 25 per cent by 2020, relative to 1990 levels – in order to prevent possibly dangerous climate change. In its judgement the court referred repeatedly to the 2° C target, as if it were an article of holy writ, accepted by all, disputed by no one. <<< By No One or Just The “Scientific” Hypocrites?
- Debate no more! Jailed for scientific dissent?! Twenty climate scientists, including Top UN scientist, call for RICO investigation of climate skeptics in letter to Obama
Warmist scientists including UN IPCC Lead Author Kevin Trenberth to Obama: ‘We appreciate that you are making aggressive and imaginative use of the limited tools available to you in the face of a recalcitrant Congress. One additional tool – recently proposed by Senator Sheldon Whitehouse – is a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) investigation of corporations and other organizations that have knowingly deceived the American people about the risks of climate change, as a means to forestall America’s response to climate change. We strongly endorse Senator Whitehouse’s call for a RICO investigation.’Via Politico: ‘Twenty climate scientists called for RICO investigation in a letter to Obama and U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch. The scientists argue that the systemic efforts to prevent the public from understanding climate change resembles the investigation undertaken against tobacco. They draw inspiration from Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse who said on the Senate floor that there might be a similar conspiracy here, and a civil trial could provide the tools of discovery needed to find out.’
- Judges plan to outlaw climate change ‘denial’
We might think that a semi-secret, international conference of top judges, held in the highest courtroom in Britain, to propose that it should be made illegal for anyone to question the scientific evidence for man-made global warming, was odd enough to be worthy of front-page coverage.
Last week I mentioned that the Prince of Wales had sent a message to this conference calling for the UN’s forthcoming climate meeting in Paris to agree on “a Magna Carta for the Earth”. But only a series of startling posts by a sharp-eyed Canadian blogger, Donna Laframboise (on Nofrakkingconsensus), have alerted us to what a bizarre event this judicial gathering turned out to be (the organisers even refused to give her the names of those who attended). The purpose of this strange get-together was outlined in a keynote speech (visible on YouTube) by Philippe Sands, a QC from Cherie Blair’s Matrix Chambers and professor of law at University College, London. Since it is now unlikely that the world will agree in Paris to a legally binding treaty to limit the rise in global temperatures to no more than 2 degrees C from pre-industrial levels, his theme was that it is now time for the courts to step in, to enforce this as worldwide law.
The fact that it could be seriously proposed in the highest courtroom in the land that the law should now be used to suppress any further debate on what has become one of the most contentious issues in the history of science (greeted with applause from the distinguished legal audience) speaks volumes about the curious psychological state to which the great global warming scare has reduced so many of the prominent figures who today exercise power and influence over the life of our Western societies.
For perspective, we need only think of the likely responses to all this claptrap by China and India (which has just announced that it intends to triple its CO2 emissions by 2030). Not only have they already kicked into touch any chance of a “binding climate treaty” in December. At the thought of these self-important lawyers trying to force them to comply by international law, they will merely respond with inscrutable smiles, as they continue to rely on fossil fuels to power what will soon be the two largest economies in the world.
