• Suit Against Colorado 420 Sovereignty

  In what supporters are calling a victory for states’ rights, the Constitution, and federalism, the Supreme Court killed a controversial lawsuit against Colorado voters’ decision to end marijuana prohibition. The suit, brought by officials from Oklahoma and Nebraska, argued that federal statutes and international treaties purporting to criminalize the plant override state laws. Without explanation, though, the high court declined to hear the case. That means Colorado and numerous other states, where voters or their elected officials have nullified federal marijuana statutes andUnited Nations drug conventions, are free to continue exercising their sovereignty and right to self-government.

Burying Truth

• In the Wake of Brussels Attack — The US Quietly Admits to Their Own Act of Terror that Killed 42

  While the world’s attention zeroed in on the attacks in Brussels, the U.S. made a stunning admission of responsibility for an attack of its own last year in Afghanistan: the deadly bombing of a Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF, or Doctors Without Borders) hospital in Kunduz.

  “As commander,” said Gen. John W. Nicholson, who now commands U.S. and NATO forces in Afghanistan, “I wanted to come to Kunduz personally and stand before the families, and the people of Kunduz, to deeply apologize for the events.”

  Those “events” comprised a bombardment via airstrike on the hospital on October 3, 2015 — and left 42 people dead and 37 injured.

   

   

• Russia denies Syria hospital bombing

  Russia on Tuesday denied claims it bombed a hospital funded by Doctors Without Borders in northern Syria.

  It came after the United Nations said nearly 50 civilians were killed Monday in airstrikes on five hospitals and two schools in northern Syria, days before a proposed cease-fire is due to begin. The United States and aid groups blamed the Syrian government and its ally, Russia, for the airstrikes. Neither nation has acknowledged responsibility for the attacks.

• Military Admits Trillion Dollar F-35 Program is a Failure

  For over a decade the US military has spent $1.5 trillion dollars to create an all-purpose fighter jet that would replace their diverse fleet of warplanes. It’s a project that has been rife with criticism for being grossly over budget and delayed for years, not to mention the fact that the plane is riddled with technical flaws and lacks maneuverability (most recently, it was revealed that the F-35 has a faulty radar that needs to be frequently restarted). And each of these problem prone aircraft cost 3 to 5 times as much to manufacture as older fighter jets, like the F-15 and F-16.

  Now officials with the Pentagon are admitting that this massive boondoggle is a total bust.

   

• Nixon Advisor Admitted War on Drugs Invented to Crush Anti-War and Black Movements

  In 1994, a former Nixon policy adviser admitted the War on Drugs was waged not to keep Americans safe, but to crush dissent. According to John Ehrlichman, who served time in prison for his involvement in the Watergate scandal, the Drug War was intended to disempower anti-war and black rights movements in the 1970s.

  Author Dan Baum wrote in the April edition of Harper’s Magazine that in 1994, he spoke with now-deceased Ehrlichman, who frankly explained why President Nixon pushed prohibition:

  “The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I’m saying? We knew we couldn’t make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did.”

   

• Clinton email reveals: Google sought overthrow of Syria’s Assad

  Google in 2012 sought to help insurgents overthrow Syrian President Bashar Assad, according to State Department emails receiving fresh scrutiny this week.

  Messages between former secretary of state Hillary Clinton’s team and one of the company’s executives detailed the plan for Google to get involved in the region.

  “Please keep close hold, but my team is planning to launch a tool … that will publicly track and map the defections in Syria and which parts of the government they are coming from,” Jared Cohen, the head of what was then the company’s “Google Ideas” division, wrote in a July 2012 email to several top Clinton officials. . . .  .  “Given how hard it is to get information into Syria right now, we are partnering with Al-Jazeera who will take primary ownership over the tool we have built, track the data, verify it, and broadcast it back into Syria,” he said.

• Google Executive Schmidt To Head New DoD Advisory Board

  Eric Schmidt, executive chairman of Google parent company Alphabet, will head up a new Pentagon advisory board aimed at providing Secretary of Defense Ash Carter direct advice on new technology, the Pentagon announced Wednesday.

  The Defense Innovation Advisory Board will “provide advice on the best and latest practices in innovation that the department can emulate,” according to a Pentagon release.

  More specifically, the board will serve as a direct conduit for innovative voices outside the Pentagon to reach Carter. Since coming into the Pentagon, Carter has emphasized the need for the DoD to hear ideas from the commercial technology sector, and in particular the Silicon Valley network with which Schmidt is synonymous.

USA Border Prison

• Court ruling allows police to stop and question anyone within 100 miles of border

  The United States Border Patrol operates 71 traffic checkpoints, including 33 permanent traffic checkpoints, near the southern border of the United States. Also, there are a number of Border Patrol checkpoints in the northern border states (New York or Maine), within 100 miles from the Canadian border. Fyi, nearly 200 million Americans live within the 100-mile interior checkpoint zone.

  Things are about to get much worse, expect to see more checkpoints across the U.S. after the recent Rynearson v. The U.S. ruling.

  Below are two excerpts taken from page 5 of the Appeals Court ruling…

  “Border patrol agents at interior checkpoints may stop a vehicle, refer it to a secondary inspection area, request production of documents from the vehicle’s occupants, and question the occupants about their citizenship. The purpose of the stop is limited to ascertaining the occupants’ citizenship status.”

  “The permissible duration of an immigrant checkpoint stop is therefore the time reasonably necessary to determine the citizenship status of the persons stopped.”

  Court allows police to stop and question anyone without suspicion of any wrongdoing.

  “In contrast, the Supreme Court has granted agents at immigration checkpoints the right to stop and question a vehicle’s occupants regarding their citizenship without reasonable suspicion of any wrongdoing. That grant of authority is readily distinguishable from the authority granted by Terry.”

  The Supreme Court has concluded that “all that is required of the vehicle’s occupants is a response to a brief question or two and possibly the production of a document evidencing a right to be in the United States.”

Healthy Harms

• Breaking: Newsweek: Scientists link Fluoridated water with ADHD, Obesity and Depression
  Wow. We didn’t expect to see this in mainstream news.  Especially Newsweek (in their Tech and Science Section no less)  These are 2  studies just out about the dangers of fluoridated water. The first published study is at Toronto’s York University which finally shows the strong correlation between fluoridated water and ADHD. The second is at the UK’s Kent University in a study that shows that fluoridated water can negatively affect the thyroid causing severe weight gain and depression.

  New research shows there is a strong correlation between water fluoridation and the prevalence of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD, in the United States.

  It’s the first time that scientists have systematically studied the relationship between the behavioral disorder and fluoridation, the process wherein fluoride is added to water to prevent cavities.

  The study, published in the journal Environmental Health, found that states with a higher portion of artificially fluoridated water had a higher prevalence of ADHD. This relationship held up across six different years examined. The authors, psychologists Christine Till and Ashley Malin at Toronto’s York University, looked at the prevalence of fluoridation by state in 1992 and rates of ADHD diagnoses in subsequent years.

  Yes, you read that right. This relationship held up across six (6!) different years examined for ADHD. That’s pretty sobering.

• The Government Actually Has A Zombie Apocalypse Plan – And It’s Just Been Declassified
  A few years ago, the Center for Disease Control launched a zombie preparedness initiative that drew significant attention. The Department of Defense followed suit and developed an entire training course intended for the Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES). The complete response plan, called CONPLAN888, was recently declassified, and it’s just as weird and creepy as you might imagine.

  The Black Vault posted two documents retrieved from the NSA using the Freedom of Information Act.

  The purpose of the plan, according to the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), was to use a fictitious scenario to prepare for real-world emergencies.

  “[The training focused on how to] undertake military operations to preserve ‘non-zombie’ humans from the threats posed by a zombie horde. Because zombies pose a threat to all ‘non-zombie’ human life (hereafter referred to as ‘humans’), USSTRATCOM will be prepared to preserve the sanctity of human life and conduct operations in support of any human population-including traditional adversaries.”

  The objective of the three-fold plan includes the neutralization of zombies through “denial, deception, disruption, degradation or destruction,” though with the exception of ‘destruction,’ it is unclear what is meant by these terms with regard to fighting zombies.

  Reading at times like the treatment to a campy science fiction script, CONPLAN888 categorizes eight classes of zombies:

   

• China Shandong illegal vaccine scandal sparks anger

  Chinese citizens have reacted with anger and alarm at news of a massive illegal vaccine operation uncovered in Shandong province.

  The illegal vaccine ring involved hundreds of people, and affected 24 provinces and cities, local media said.

  On Monday, news that a boy had died after a vaccination sparked more anger, though officials said there was no link to the Shandong scandal.

  China has seen several health and safety scandals in recent years.

  ‘Isn’t this genocide?’

  The illegal vaccine ring was said to have been in operation since 2011.

  The ringleaders, who have been arrested, were allegedly a mother and a daughter who purchased the vaccines from licensed and unlicensed sources, and then sold them on to illegal agents or local disease control and prevention centres for high prices, reported Xinhua state news agency.

  The $88m (£61m) worth of vaccines were not adequately refrigerated nor transported in approved conditions.

   

• Government Concedes Vaccine-Autism Case in Federal Court – Now What?

  After years of insisting there is no evidence to link vaccines with the onset of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), the US government has quietly conceded a vaccine-autism case in the Court of Federal Claims.

  The unprecedented concession was filed on November 9, and sealed to protect the plaintiff’s identify. It was obtained through individuals unrelated to the case.

  The claim, one of 4,900 autism cases currently pending in Federal “Vaccine Court,” was conceded by US Assistant Attorney General Peter Keisler and other Justice Department officials, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, the “defendant” in all Vaccine Court cases.

• US Government Concedes Vaccines Cause Autism

  The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the federal agency that oversees the U.S.Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), recently conceded the first vaccine-autism case.

• Newsmax – U.S. Government Concedes Vaccines Cause Autism

  This case was filed in the no-fault National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program as part of the Autism Omnibus proceedings in the U.S. Federal Court of Claims.

  It was one of the first three cases chosen that alleged Thimerosal in childhood vaccines significantly contributed to a child developing autism.

  Clifford Shoemaker, of Shoemaker and Associates of Vienna, Virginia, is the attorney of record in the Hanna Poling v. Secretary of HHS (case: 02-1466V).

  Experts filing on behalf of the petitioner, Hanna Poling, included pediatric neurologist, Dr. Andrew Zimmerman of Johns Hopkins University, and Maryland geneticist and epidemiologist, Dr. Mark Geier of the Genetic Centers of America.

  This concession shows the dishonesty of the continual media spin coming from public health officials and others who maintain there is no evidence that Thimerosal, or any other part of any vaccine, has ever caused autism or, for that matter, has harmed anyone in any way.

• Brain-Damaged UK Victims of Swine Flu Vaccine to Get £60 Million Compensation

  Patients who suffered brain damage as a result of taking a swine flu vaccine are to receive multi-million-pound payouts from the UK government.

  The government is expected to receive a bill of approximately £60 million, with each of the 60 victims expected to receive about £1 million each.

  Peter Todd, a lawyer who represented many of the claimants, told the Sunday Times: “There has never been a case like this before. The victims of this vaccine have an incurable and lifelong condition and will require extensive medication.”

  Following the swine flu outbreak of 2009, about 60 million people, most of them children, received the vaccine.

  It was subsequently revealed that the vaccine, Pandemrix, can cause narcolepsy and cataplexy in about one in 16,000 people, and many more are expected to come forward with the symptoms.

  Across Europe, more than 800 children are so far known to have been made ill by the vaccine.

• Revealed: Army scientists secretly sprayed St Louis with ‘radioactive’ particles for YEARS to test chemical warfare technology

  The United States Military conducted top secret experiments on the citizens of St. Louis, Missouri, for years, exposing them to radioactive compounds, a researcher has claimed.

  While it was known that the government sprayed ‘harmless’ zinc cadmium silfide particles over the general population in St Louis, Professor Lisa Martino-Taylor, a sociologist at St. Louis Community College, claims that a radioactive additive was also mixed with the compound.

  She has accrued detailed descriptions as well as photographs of the spraying which exposed the unwitting public, predominantly in low-income and minority communities, to radioactive particles.

   

Silent Weapons For Quiet Wars

  I have been filming in the Marshall Islands, which lie north of Australia, in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Whenever I tell people where I have been, they ask, “Where is that?” If I offer a clue by referring to “Bikini”, they say, “You mean the swimsuit.”

  Few seem aware that the bikini swimsuit was named to celebrate the nuclear explosions that destroyed Bikini island. Sixty-six nuclear devices were exploded by the United States in the Marshall Islands between 1946 and 1958 — the equivalent of 1.6 Hiroshima bombs every day for twelve years.

  Bikini is silent today, mutated and contaminated.  Palm trees grow in a strange grid formation. Nothing moves. There are no birds. The headstones in the old cemetery are alive with radiation. My shoes registered “unsafe” on a Geiger counter.

  Standing on the beach, I watched the emerald green of the Pacific fall away into a vast black hole. This was the crater left by the hydrogen bomb they called “Bravo”. The explosion poisoned people and their environment for hundreds of miles, perhaps forever.

  On my return journey, I stopped at Honolulu airport and noticed an American magazine called Women’s Health. On the cover was a smiling woman in a bikini swimsuit, and the headline: “You, too, can have a bikini body.”  A few days earlier, in the Marshall Islands, I had interviewed women who had very different “bikini bodies”; each had suffered thyroid cancer and other life-threatening cancers.

  Unlike the smiling woman in the magazine, all of them were impoverished: the victims and guinea pigs of a rapacious  superpower that is today more dangerous than ever.

  I relate this experience as a warning and to interrupt a distraction that has consumed so many of us.  The founder of modern propaganda, Edward Bernays, described this phenomenon as “the conscious and intelligent manipulation of the habits and opinions” of democratic societies. He called it an “invisible government”.

  How many people are aware that a world war has begun? At present, it is a war of propaganda, of lies and distraction, but this can change instantaneously with the first mistaken order, the first missile.

  In 2009, President Obama stood before an adoring crowd in the centre of Prague, in the heart of Europe. He pledged himself to make “the world free from nuclear weapons”. People cheered and some cried. A torrent of platitudes flowed from the media. Obama was subsequently awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

  It was all fake. He was lying.
  

• PM: Brexit Could Batter Britain’s Booze Trade

  Britain’s booze trade will suffer a hangover if the UK quits the European Union, David Cameron is claiming.

  The Prime Minister says jobs and investment in the wine and spirits industry will be threatened if the UK has to renegotiate international deals on alcohol sales.

  But his warning coincides with a new opinion poll suggesting the Leave campaign has a two point lead over Remain, which will surely leave Mr Cameron wanting a stiff drink.

  The poll, by ICM, suggests support for leaving the EU is now 43% and support for remaining 41%, even though bookmakers are betting heavily on a vote to stay in the EU.

  Mr Cameron claims almost 600,000 jobs in the UK alcohol industry will be safer if the UK votes to stay in the EU, since the wine and spirits industry made £1.8bn in EU exports last year.

• Can a 3-year old represent herself in immigration court? This judge thinks so.

  A senior Justice Department official is arguing that 3- and 4-year-olds can learn immigration law well enough to represent themselves in court, staking out an unconventional position in a growing debate over whether immigrant children facing deportation are entitled to taxpayer-funded attorneys.

  Jack H. Weil, a longtime immigration judge who is responsible for training other judges, made the assertion in sworn testimony in a deposition in federal court in Seattle. His comments highlighted the plight of thousands of juveniles who are forced to defend themselves each year in immigration court amid a surge of children from Central America who cross the southwestern U.S. border.

  “I’ve taught immigration law literally to 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds,” Weil said. “It takes a lot of time. It takes a lot of patience. They get it. It’s not the most efficient, but it can be done.”

  He repeated his claim twice in the deposition, also saying, “I’ve told you I have trained 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds in immigration law,” according to a transcript. “You can do a fair hearing. It’s going to take you a lot of time.”

  Legal and child-psychology experts ridiculed Weil’s assertions, noting that key milestones for 3- and 4-year-olds include cooperating with other children, saying simple sentences and building towers of blocks.

  “I nearly fell off my chair when I read that deposition,” said Laurence Steinberg, a psychology professor at Temple University who is a witness for the plaintiffs in the Seattle case. “Three- and 4-year-olds do not yet have logical reasoning abilities. It’s preposterous, frankly, to think they could be taught enough about immigration law to be able to represent themselves in court.”
