Guy Fawkes Franchise

  • Million Mask March Floods the Streets of London

Hundreds of masked activists have gathered in Trafalgar Square, London on Saturday 5 for the annual Million Mask March.

Protesters wearing Guy Fawkes masks are marching in London in support of organizers Anonymous, who have gathered every November 5 since 2012 to oppose corruption, censorship, inequality and war.

  • Guy Fawkes mask

AThe Guy Fawkes mask is a stylised depiction of Guy Fawkes, the best-known member of the Gunpowder Plot. The plot was an attempt to blow up the House of Lords in London on 5 November 1605, in order to restore a Catholic head of state.

Sales and corporate ownership of rights

According to Time in 2011, the protesters’ adoption of the mask had led to it becoming the top-selling item on Amazon.com, selling hundreds of thousands a year. Time Warner, one of the largest media companies in the world, owns the rights to the image and is paid a fee with the sale of each official mask.[44][45]

  • BUSTED: NEWSWEEK ALREADY HAS THE CLINTON VICTORY SPECIAL EDITION IN BOXES READY TO SHIP

This is quite stunning. It really proves that there never was an election at all.

Trolls are saying this is pre-production and they “probably” have a Trump version too. NOT SO, NOT THIS FAR BEFORE THE ELECTION DAY. There are boxes and boxes of these, which would not be needed if it was not rigged because with high speed offset web presses placed nationwide they can start distribution within hours in each local area and have it to the news stands a LOT FASTER than printing it up beforehand and trucking it everywhere. The fact it is already in print, COMPLETE WITH BARCODE when it should only be in PDF, or other computer file form SAYS IT ALL.

“Your argument is “well They have both candidates in print as winning so they are ready to go.” Here is the problem with that theory. In 2012 the only candidate leaked magazine and tv polls showed winning was Obama. No one else! That kills that theory.”

There are those who are saying this release of photos by a Newsweek employee is a psy op to make people give up and not vote. I SAY TAKE IT AS CONFIRMATION THAT YOU HAD BETTER GET OUT AND VOTE TRUMP, TO MAKE A STEAL ONE VOTE HARDER TO ACCOMPLISH.

US A 3rd World Banana Republic

  • Silent Coup and Counter Coup?

According to a former high-ranking intelligence agent, Wikileaks is working with U.S. intelligence agents to expose the crimes of the Clinton cabal in an attempt to prevent her from becoming president.

Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Dr. Steve Pieczenik has made a profound announcement.

He now says that the powerful, corrupt Clinton political machine has attempted a silent, civilian coup against the republic and that the intelligence community and Wikileaks are currently carrying out a soft counter coup in response.

Is his narrative a sophisticated psy-op or the truth?

  • Feds begin challenge of N. Idaho mining claims

Fishing, camping and the protection of American Indian artifacts along a northern Idaho river outweigh the desire of placer miners to search for gold, an attorney representing the U.S. Forest Service said.

The Lewiston Tribune reported that attorney Jody Miller made the argument Tuesday before an administrative law judge during an Interior Board of Land Appeals hearing.

“The United States will show placer mining on the claims will impact cultural resources in the creek, and fishing,” said Miller, based at the Forest Service’s Missoula, Mont., Northern Region headquarters.   The area was once identified as a potential site for hydropower development and withdrawn from mining exploration in 1927. It was put back in play for miners with the Mining Rights Restoration Act of 1955.

But that law is not as encompassing for miners as the Mining Act of 1872. With the 1955 law, agencies such as the Forest Service can ask for a hearing before the Interior Board of Land Appeals to determine if placer mining will interfere with other uses.

Geologist Clint Hughes testified Tuesday that he prepared a lengthy report on more than 36 claims filed last year. He said his research, including samples from the claims and history of the mining area, showed none of the claims are likely to be economically viable for mining.

“I concluded there is little to no gold on these claims,” he said.

  • 30 U.S. Code § 621 – Entry to lands reserved for power development

    (b) Placer claims; notice; hearing; order; rules and regulations

The locator of a placer claim under this chapter, however, shall conduct no mining operations for a period of sixty days after the filing of a notice of location pursuant to section 623 of this title. If the Secretary of the Interior, within sixty days from the filing of the notice of location, notifies the locator by registered mail or certified mail of the Secretary’s intention to hold a public hearing to determine whether placer mining operations would substantially interfere with other uses of the land included within the placer claim, mining operations on that claim shall be further suspended until the Secretary has held the hearing and has issued an appropriate order. The order issued by the Secretary of the Interior shall provide for one of the following: (1) a complete prohibition of placer mining; (2) a permission to engage in placer mining upon the condition that the locator shall, following placer operations, restore the surface of the claim to the condition in which it was immediately prior to those operations; or (3) a general permission to engage in placer mining. No order by the Secretary with respect to such operations shall be valid unless a certified copy is filed in the same State or county office in which the locator’s notice of location has been filed in compliance with the United States mining laws.

  • Landowners Denied Protective Order From BLM

Federal Judge Reed O’Connor ruled that the Federal Government’s Bureau of Land Management does have a right to perform inspections on portions of private property along portions of land along the Texas side of the Red River.

The BLM have argued that near 90,000 acres along a 116 mile stretch of land along the northern gradient boundary of the state belongs to the federal government. The landowners, many of whom own deeds to their private property argue their terrain should stay private.

“Defendants will be permitted access to the northern boundary of Plaintiffs’ land for inspection,” Judge Reed O’Connor wrote.

The ruling comes after landowner’s request to a protective order against the BLM for what they claim was in infringement on their right to freedom against illegal search and seizure. In the protective order landowners claimed the BLM had no reason to bring armed federal agents along during inspections, no reason to conduct future inspections on their private property, and if they were to step foot on their terrain that they sign waivers that would remove them of liabilities to possible injuries that occurred during inspections.

“Defendants will not be required to execute any type of liability waiver or indemnity agreement with Plaintiffs,” Judge O’Connor wrote.

The most recent ruling Judge O’Connor wrote that the BLM will be permitted to conduct surveys with no more than two armed federal agents present for security purposes. The landowners, in turn, will also be allowed to request the accompaniment of at least one Sheriff’s deputy to oversee the entry and exit of the BLM during the inspections.

“The Court finds no undue burden will result from permitting access to Plaintiffs’ land for Defendants to inspect the disputed area and hereby DENIES Plaintiffs’ motion for protective order, but imposes additional conditions on the inspection to address Plaintiffs’ stated concerns,” Judge O’Connor wrote.

Here is a list of those additional conditions.

Hemispheric Hallucinations

  • Oregon hospital ER quarantined after people start hallucinating

A hospital in Coos Bay quarantined its emergency room after a 78-year-old patient, her caregiver, two sheriff’s deputies and a hospital employee all began having hallucinations.

KVAL-TV News reported Wednesday that authorities have not yet pinpointed what caused the mysterious episodes, but they believe it was something spread by direct contact.

The bizarre incident began around 3 a.m. Wednesday when the elderly woman’s caregiver, a 52-year-old woman, called authorities to say people were vandalizing her car.

A deputy responded to the home, on East Bay Road in North Bend, but found nothing. The caregiver called back at 5:30 a.m. and was then taken to Bay Area Hospital after deputies suspected the woman might be having a medical issues causing hallucinations.

Medical personnel checked her, she appeared fine and returned home.

Then the two deputies who worked with the caregiver began having hallucinations and had to be hospitalized. After that, the 78-year-old woman and a hospital employee started showing similar symptoms and had to be hospitalized as well.

The Coos County Haz Mat Team responded to Bay Area Hospital and the residence on East Bay Road. The team cleared the emergency room and began decontaminating vehicles and equipment.

Everyone involved was quarantined while an investigation was conducted to determine the cause of the hallucinations – but nothing was found in the emergency room or the home on East Bay Road. Blood samples revealed nothing unusual.

  • The Zika Virus Is Harmless – It Does Not Cause Birth Defects – We Told You So

After nearly a year of causing hysteria, mass travel cancellations and unnecessary abortions it finally daunts to “journalists” and “experts”  that the Zika virus is harmless. It can cause a very minor flue – two days of a low fever and uncomfortable feeling for a quarter of those infected – that is all. It does not cause, as was claimed by sensationalists in the media and various self-serving “scientists”, birth defects like microcephaly.

    We told you so.

In February we wrote: The Zika Virus Is Harmless – Who Then Benefits From This Media Panic?.

The piece refereed to a Congressional Research Service report and various sound scientific papers. It concluded:

There is absolutely no sane reason for the scary headlines and the panic they cause. The virus is harmless. It is possible, but seems for now very unlikely, that it affects some unborn children. There is absolutely no reason to be concerned about it.

The artificial media panic continued and huge amounts of money were poured into dangerous insecticides to kill mosquitoes (and important pollinators) that did not do any harm. Indeed, generous use of some of these insecticides likely were the very cause of a blip in microencephaly cases in northeastern Brazil.

  • Germany unveils zero-emissions train that only emits steam

Germany is set to introduce the world’s first zero-emission passenger train to be powered by hydrogen.

The Coradia iLint only emits excess steam into the atmosphere, and provides an alternative to the country’s 4,000 diesel trains.

Lower Saxony has already ordered 14 of them from French company Alstom, and more are likely to be seen around the country if they are judged a success, reports Die Welt.

The iLint is powered by huge lithium ion batteries, and these get their energy from a hydrogen fuel tank on the roof of the train.

The hydrail can travel almost 500 miles per day at speeds of up to 87mph, and the only sound it gives off comes from the wheels and air resistance.

“Alstom is proud to launch a breakthrough innovation in the field of clean transportation,” said Alstom CEO Henri Poupart-Lafarge, in a statement.

“It shows our ability to work in close collaboration with our customers and develop a train in only two years.”

Hydrogen power works when hydrogen is burned with oxygen to produce huge amounts of energy, with the only by-product being water.

Blockchain Partners In Crime

  • Chicago’s Cook County to Test Bitcoin Blockchain-Based Property Title Transfer

Through an exclusive partnership with real estate tech startup Velox.re, Chicago’s Cook County will test the use of the Bitcoin blockchain for transferring and tracking property titles and other public records. The Cook County Recorder’s Office is the second largest such office in the United States, and it it will be the first in the country to experiment with blockchain technology.Specifically, the office will be testing blockchain applications of property title transfer and a system for filing liens; compatibility between a blockchain and a traditional, server-based setup; fraudulent use prevention and conveyances of vacant property in Chicago.

In addition to Velox.re and the Cook County Recorder’s Office, the International Blockchain Real Estate Association (IBREA), Armour Settlement Services, and global law firm Hogan Lovells are involved with the closed pilot project.

The project was first announced by Velox.re Founder and CEO Ragnar Lifthrasir on Wednesday at the MIPIM PropTech Summit, which is part of New York City Real Estate Tech Week 2016.

Velox.re’s own implementation of the open assets protocol, which is a version of the colored coins concept, will be used to test these various use cases, making this an implementation where the public Bitcoin blockchain (not a permissioned ledger) is being used.

“Real estate blockchain initiatives in other countries have used a private blockchain as an improved database of some existing land records,” Lifthrasir told Bitcoin Magazine. “This was a great first step.”

“Our pilot program takes things further. Velox.re is using Bitcoin [blockchain]. We’re using it to actually convey property and register liens. We’re performing high value transactions on the blockchain. Cook County will enter these into the government public record. This is the first time this has been done in the U.S. or [anywhere else in] the world.”

Earlier this year, the government of Vermont released a report regarding the potential use of blockchain technology for public record keeping.

Cook County Ready to Test the Blockchain

According to Deputy Recorder of Deeds for Communication and IT, John Mirkovic, the Cook County Recorder of Deeds Office has been watching blockchain technology closely as a potential next-generation land records system. “We are excited to partner with a group that is actually interested in how this technology can work in real world situations,” said Mirkovic. “A blockchain-based public record is where you would start if you were to create a public land record from scratch, and that’s why I’m so interested in seeing this take a foothold in the United States.”

Lifthrasir, who also founded the International Blockchain Real Estate Association, says Velox.re’s software can help reduce fraud while also simplifying and the lowering the costs associated with property records. “John and his team are leading the way for other government agencies in the United States,” he added.

According to a press release from the Cook County Recorder of Deeds, the office has identified three aspects of blockchain technology that make it a viable option for their activities: a permanent, immutable public record that is immune to well-funded nation-state attacks; a path towards paperless land transfers and so-called “e-deeds”; and reduced costs for offices across the country that want to upgrade electronic document processing systems. “These features can make real estate more liquid and transactions more seamless and secure,” added the press release.

    More Help from Others

IBREA will help get local individuals involved with the pilot program on the ground. The organization, which advocates for the use of the blockchain for various real estate-related purposes, will specifically target those with a stake in the local real estate industry. “We’re looking forward to bringing investors, developers, and community members to participate in these blockchain based transactions,” said IBREA Chicago Chair Sead Odzic.

Tali Raphaely, President of Armour Settlement Services, a nationwide title and settlement services company also commented, “[we are] very excited to be a part of this pioneering effort, and honored to help create an immutable database that will help reduce the likelihood that property owners and investors spend money on properties that can never be occupied or conveyed.”
