In March 2020 my wife and I filed lawsuits, pro se, against the Governor of Colorado and the County Health Director and County Commissioners basically for Constitutional violations. The Federal Court dismissed the case because the Governor amended his lockdown order so the judge deemed the case moot. The County case made it as far as a 3 hour virtual trial on injunction, The county hired a civil rights law firm to defend against our civil rights and constitutional rights….how transparent! As it turned out the judge was afraid of the covid scam and said that it was not for her to deny the authority of the health director who was only doing her job. Our evidence and the blatant obfuscation by the county did not matter. To the judge the virus was justification to suspend the constitution.
We knew there was another way to get at this issue and over the months I resolved that there was fraud involved because of info from Dr David Martin and others. We have wanted to pursue this but after seeing the courts reaction it seemed a waste of time. Now you seem to be saying it is not a waste and needs to be done,,,yes?
Clint Richardson says it appears to be a lost cause as it is so stacked against us.
What are your thoughts ie is it worth a go at it?
To what administration office do we send the letter of habeas corpus to. Should we carry it with us when venturing out?
