Cliven Bundy, accused of leading an armed uprising against federal authorities in 2014, walked out of the Federal Courthouse in Las Vegas 6 years ago today, a Free Man.
All charges were dismissed with prejudice in the Bundy Ranch et al. Tier 1 Trial on January 8, 2018 by Chief U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro.
She severely criticizing prosecutors after declaring a mistrial on Dec 20, 2017 for willfully violating the due process rights against Cliven Bundy, sons Ryan and Ammon Bundy, and Montana militia leader Ryan Payne which included failing to properly turn over evidence to their lawyers.
